Systemic Coaching
Systemic Coaching is a type of support that aims to empower individuals by restoring or expanding their abilities and committing to their potential of action, keeping in mind their relationships and environments.
Instead of looking at problems in isolation, systemic coaching considers the bigger picture, including social dynamics and influences. Therefore coaches work with clients to identify patterns that might be causing challenges. By exploring these connections, clients can gain new insights, find effective solutions, and make lasting changes in their personal and professional lives, including less stress and better mental health.
This approach encourages personal growth, leading to healthier relationships, better mental health and overall better well-being.
Conditions
I am offering Systemic Coaching Sessions online (via Conceptboard & Signal) or
in person in the area of Copenhagen, Denmark.
The session will be held in english or german.
The first session is a trial and for free.
Standard sessions last 60min and cost
- 500 dkk/h – if it is a strech for you to invest in this right now
- 1000 dkk/h – if you are financially stable
- 1500 dkk/h – if you are financially flourishing or your company is paying
I use a sliding scale, because it is important to me to support people, taking in account their economic circumstances.
The service can also be a longer process support, where we meet every 2-4 weeks and might also include consultancy services.

Group Facilitation
Group facilitation is the process of guiding a group of people to work together effectively. In other words, a facilitator helps the group communicate, share ideas, and solve problems while ensuring everyone has a chance to participate. They create a supportive environment where every member feels comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings.
In short, group facilitation helps groups work more smoothly and achieve better outcomes together.

If the group is working in a context within Sustainability or Social justice, the first facilitation is for free – only thereafter we talk about prices.
